Fast Paints (ISIPAC), recognized for its renowned brands Kolon, Mobi Coat, and Mobic, is a leading producer of a wide variety of construction and industrial paints, wood varnishes, and printing inks. Adhering to Egyptian standards, their product range includes synthetic, emulsion, epoxy, and specialized coatings, delivering innovative, durable solutions across diverse markets.

The Challenge

Fast Paints had previously implemented Odoo with another partner but encountered significant setbacks, leading to the need for a full re-implementation. The major challenges faced during the process were:

• Resistance from employees due to the difficulty of adapting to new systems and processes.
• Poor data quality from the previous implementation, which hindered smooth progress

• A comprehensive re-implementation of the entire Odoo system. Including Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Enhanced focus on improving data analysis skills, ensuring high-quality, clean data that could be seamlessly integrated into the new system.
